We have a passion for sourcing and roasting the highest quality coffee so we can all share the wonderful aroma of great, freshly roasted coffee and the taste of beans from all over the world blended, roasted, and extracted into our favourite drink, be it an espresso, cappuccino, latte or flat white.
We have travelled to Italy to understand the true essence of coffee, the espresso and to learn the methods and styles of traditional Italian roasts. We have also toured the world tasting coffee, meeting roasters and always seeking to increase our understanding of the process from bush to cup that transforms the humble coffee bush fruit into the drink we all love.
We roast our signature blend, Kofeh Yo, from a mix of specialty, premium beans from four of the major coffee growing regions of the world. We blend beans from South America, Africa, Indonesia and Central America. Each of these regions have their own specific flavour profiles which we believe work together to create a strong, rich, smooth coffee with great mouth feel and no bitterness.
The blend is roasted to a specific profile of time and temperature and then left to rest and de-gas for a few days before it is ready for your drinking pleasure.
